Deirdre Haren
Deirdre Haren is a yogi with a focus in tantric styles of meditation. She completed her 200hr Hatha training and 100hr of Yin teacher training in Dublin, Ireland, where she taught for several years. She then spent several months in Rishikesh, India where she completed her 300hr teacher training in one Ashram and was then invited into a residency in a tantric-based Ashram in the Himalayan foothills. Upon returning to the US, her healing modalities were refocused on cultivating the land, while her yoga practice was focused inwards. She has become called towards teaching now with a new and integrated teaching style that is gentle and heart-focused. She teaches Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation.
